β β β β β Think it was probably refurbished recently. At $2.50 per visit. Definitely good deal. Clean and generally equipped. Heaviest free weight = 20KG dumbbells.

β β β β β Not as well equipped as the couple of other activesg gyms I've went to. Cannot do deadlifts and also no dedicated squat bar. Only 1 cable machine available so many ght have to wait your turn to use it. But it does have quite a few treadmills and exercise bikes.

β β β β β Horrible place for lifters of all kind. The gym is so under equipped itβs impossible to properly target any major muscle group effectively (except maybe chest). Youβd be better off just staying at home and relax than to go to this gym
