★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the factilies have fallen into disrepair after covid time (2 year) it is now just good for people to just go swimming. Hopefully more like lazy pool and man made wave will open up in time to come

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here a couple of times before Covid hit and it was pretty bomb. Just came again today and only kids pool and lap pool is open. All slides not open, neither is the lazy river (which is emptied out). Staff said there was no definite date of when anything is reopening again. And you need an active sg account to buy tickets now, otherwise you can't enter at all. Very disappointing trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kids areas not open, only 0.9 n adults pools r available,, so disappointed, helpful counter staffs had helped us to book n advices us how to proceed entry booking.. but they didn't tell us that kids areas r closed.. if we know children area r closed, we won't even come in..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifeguard was caring enough to inform us can change to another seat due to the hot sun, on another occasion, due to sudden heavy rain and thunder, lifeguard was very kind to lend us umbrellas to walk to sheltered area. Overall thumbs up for the lifeguards. However it will be better if people with sandals or slippers will be informed not to walk to near the pool and dirty the pool.

The water slides, wave pool and lazy river all are not opened for public yet these facilities are still indicated on your website as available. People are making wasted trips to find out all these facilities are not opened and filled the entire family, especially the children, with disappointment. Please update your website to indicate the status of each individual facilities so as to better reflect its current status and not disappoint families with wasted trip to the swimming complex and to find out most of the facilities are not opened. Secondly, your Contact Us page is not working fine. It just kept prompting "One or more fields have an error. Please check and try again." and "The e-mail address entered is invalid." which I have checked all fields and email addresses were correct. Please rectify those problems I have pointed out. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quiet even though it is Sunday and school holiday. They have zone it so that each section has max 4 kids to play around un the kids pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of places that kids in the 80s had great experience with. The glory of yesteryears is a far cry from the current state of the facilities. I believe Covid-19 has been a major contributor to the disrepair.
For those looking to come here for the wave pool, slides or lazy pool, please don't. They are not opened yet. Unfortunately, no information is shared by ActiveSG with regards to the timeline for the repairs or maintenance needed. I hope the repairs can be swift, so that kids in the west can have something fun to look towards to.
To end this review on a positive note, the toodler and kids play area are still rather enjoyable for kids up to 5 years old with bubble jets providing some form of fun with the lack of a water playground that are common in newer swimming complex like Jurong West Swimming Complex.
Can't wait for this awesome swimming complex to find its glory in the near future.
