★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure u bring your expired long term jurong island pass if you are applying a temporary pass. They will make you go back and take ur long term pass or u have to make police report. Otherwise they won't issue u temporary pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 2 separate places for getting a temporary pass and long term pass. Both places are within walking distance, but can be driven to and both places do not charge for parking.
Be prepared for a long wait depending on what time you arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 830am to 530pm? However 12 to 2pm all of the lazy staff went out to have lunch together and nobody able to make my pass, ended up had to skipped my lunch and took 3 hours just to create my pass. Management please rectify this lazy staff issue
