Jurong West Neighbourhood Police Centre - 700 Corporation Rd

Service sucks, even there were 4 officers around, only one counter was available to serve us. We have waited for more than 1.5hrs yet were not being attended to...had to leave in the end without changing our residential address as I am pregnant and wasn’t feeling quite well. They also do not have the courtesy to inform if we are expected to wait for sooo long, though we spotted one officer was sitting in the room and walking around, not sure why he couldn’t help with the crowd. Simply ridiculous!

Called the hotline. Called the NPC. Total of 4 calls made on the 1st of January 2021. Supposed to spend my holiday happily but was disturbed by a group of more than 6 noisy neighbours gathering at the 4th storey stairway of BLK 174. All were not seen wearing masks. They laughed and screamed at the top of their voices. I was awakened by their screamings around 5am. My family stopped me from approaching them. So, I called the police. Regardless of me making 4 calls, I didn't see any officers at the location! It's already 8:10am now! I made the last call to Jurong West NPC at 8am. Why the call didn't receive any attention? Why when needed, the police is not here? We are calling the police as we don't want to have problems with neighbours which may end in a fight. To avoid all these, we seek the authority's help. In cases of emergency, can we call the police? Who else can we call? Very disappointed! It only made me think that it would have been solved if only I had approached them myself. Most to most, fight and ends there. But if I had fought, will the authorities arrive? I'm already 45 years old. I've seen all these from 16 years old! Disappointed!

Don’t bother trying to call the hotline. Waited for 20 mins still no answer. Useless!

Don't bother to come here if you are not Singaporean. I was hit by car which drove away (Singaporean uncle driving) - this happened on trafic light junction not far from their office. There are 2 CCTV - after 6 weeks of 'investigation' they sent me a letter they did not find the car... yea right! I suppose if I do it - hit & run - I'm already jailed. Thank you for help SG Police!

Habitual disregarding of legitimate reports. Officers here dont seem to care about covid 19 rule breaches. And more than happy to pass on blame to other fellow officers or other police departments. one officer literally told me that "he is just a policeman who answers phone calls". no wonder nothing gets done and the rating for this place is so bad.

I just diI went to report it because my passport was lost, A female policeman was very keen to teach me how to use a machine for report.

14/11/2021 around 5pm. Only 1 counter open when theres 2. We reached first but was asked to wait outside due to social distancing. While waiting outside, another 2 women came and waited outside with us. When the seats inside has cleared, me and my husband went in and sat at the waiting area. The officer at the opened counter(same officer who told us to wait outside) went outside to the 2 women and brought one of them in to the counter to take their report. So me and my husband's time has been wasted waiting for them to take our report. Maybe our report isnt as important or urgent as the woman's but do respect people's time. As far as I know, it's supposed to be a first come first serve basis. 2nd time here, both unpleasant experience. Made us lose respect for this station. We decided not to wait anymore and made our report at Nanyang NPC instead where our report was made smoothly as soon as we arrived, first come first serve basis, highly professional and polite.

We have been waiting from 7.17pm until 9.53pm and the officer told us to go for another police station to lodge a report. What kind of service is this, if you can’t make it in the first place, please let us know, wasted for so many hour then you ask us to go to another police stations?? Speechless
