★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was super poor. I went here for making police report as I lost my laptop but the police officer asked me to come back half an hour later as he said he wants go to toilet. This became my bad experience and impression as tourist in Singapore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to change address, tried to use the phone x many times but no one pick up... e kiosk is useless, at least someone pick up the phone to tell me to go to a non ekiosk NPP to process the change in address????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmanned police post. Only a touch screen PC and lost & found dropbox. You can video call a police officer in the e-kiosk. Cannot update address here. Should rename the signage outside and update on website to avoid confusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please rename the kiosk and Google place. It is at best a Police Kiosk. Interesting idea to have self help kiosk and tele conferences capability. Could have that at more places. But not all services normally performable at a police post is supported by the kiosk.
