Just Acia - Sembawang Shopping Centre

Used to eat here often a few years ago and it was pretty good. Revisited this restaurant recently. Prices seem to have gone up, though quality and portions have maintained, so that's alright I guess. Inflation. Tried the Salted Egg Chicken Cutlet rice, and the Spaghetti with Fried Ebi. The cutlet was served hot and crispy, love it. The Salted Egg sauce was a lil watery and tasted very milky. Would be nicer with lesser milk and thicker consistency. Not bad overall. For the Spaghetti, the sauce seem pretty basic though it does smell and taste of the usual pasta herbs so that's something. Fried Ebi is great. Both dishes are not bad. One thing I love about this place is the free flow drinks and ice cream. Cappuccino and Mocha are nice, Teh Tarik so-so. Didn't try the cold drinks. For ice cream, they had 6 flavors. 2 of my favorite there are the Rum & Raisin, and Tropicana (I think it taste a little of banana? Not sure what the flavors are lol). Overall, it's a nice family restaurant. Affordable prices (assuming you consume the drinks and ice cream) and good portions.

They are generous on the meat servings. The spaghetti volume is decent too. Flavouring just nice. They also offers free-flow of all beverages, hot & cold & ice cream too. Will come again next time.

Happy to be back here after PH2ha Affordable and happy dining experience. Just Asia is a place that I often patronised with my family. Love the concept of having free flow of ice cream and drinks. Didn't take photos of our food as we finished it up in no time ? Do take note of the long Queue during peak hours such as 7pm. Recommended food Spicy chicken rice set Aglio aglio Service is excellent!!! ??? 5/5 stars

Went to Just Acia since the Dhoby Ghaut Xchange days. Nice food that comes with free flow of drinks and ice-cream. Great service staffs at Sembawang SC.

Mixed feelings about this place. 1. The food was definitely good and the portion was generous. 2. Service was smooth and fast. 3. The 17 year old Boy provided excellent service. (Apologies I don't know his name) 4. We love the concept and the ambiance. 5. The menu is full of choices and suitable for Vegetarian. 6. What troubled me most was when I told the staff that there was no "scoop" for the ice cream. He looked at me and laughed. I found this rather strange. He then decided to remove the menus from my table without even asking. I clearly told the lady at the entrance that my table was for 3 person.
