Dinner at Hei Sushi (Sembawang Shopping Centre). Slight disappointment with their food quality. The cold Soba was soggy, the ramen was lumpy, maybe it’s not my day today for Japanese Food. Hope that they can QC their outlets to ensure consistency.

Daylight robbery. The amount they're charging, I could get more at other family restaurants. And it's so sneaky to just put wet towels there and not inform they are chargeable until the bill comes. People have their own tissues and wet towels. You don't provide your own like it's an act of goodwill, and then charge people without telling them in the first place. And service charge? Staff only led me to the table. What service is there? The whole time, they're talking amongst each other. Even the robot served the dishes. And when we asked the waitress to come and count the plates for the sushi, she seemed annoyed as if we asked to do something ridiculous.

It's worth the wait. Had to queue about half an hour due to safe distancing measures. Had to split seating 3 at 1 table and 1 more at another ? What to do. Anyway, other than the slight inconvenience, it was still a wonderful dining experience. The promotional meal set was worth it. Came with 1 main, 2 sides and drink. Gyu Don was tasty. Other sushi dishes were ok.

Ordered The lunch set that includes the ice cream. Was not served after more than 30minute. Went on to pay and told them I did not get my ice cream. No apology. The lady just said that I have to eat here and I cannot takeaway. I have not even said anything( my intention is to dismiss the issue). But as they is not apology or a small discount of the price for them missing out my ice cream. It is a one star. I have been there more than 10times, each with dwindling service and higher prices. Today is the last time. Hei Sushi Sembawang Shopping Centre

Not worth the money for the kind of quality of food that they are serving. Spending the equivalent can get you way better food at sushiro or genki. Just look at the kind of sashimi they served as part of the set meal. Totally unacceptable.

This place is a total rip off. Not to mention how costly the sushi is. They even charge 50 cents for hot water omg. Would rather go to sushi express. If you look at the receipt, you can see how costly the sushi was. Sushi tasted mediocre. Not to mention how lousy customer service is and we still have to pay service charges with. Would not be coming back here ever again. -10 stars for this lousy and rip off type of sushi outlet.

Decent meal at one of the pioneer Halal sushi joints in Singapore. Slightly on the pricey side, requires a bit of experience in choosing food items that are value for money. Salmon sashimi is thick and fresh, however without the 1-for-1 promotion it’s rather expensive. The rest of the food items are average, special shoutout for the Spicy Salmon Gunkan which is a must for me everytime I come! :) Overall, with more and more Halal Japanese joints on the rise, I’d come visit again if it’s convenient.
