Lousy alteration didn't fit well at all

They have good workmanship.

Terrible service. Came back after 2 weeks and forgot to do my pants and didn't apologise. Doesn't understand basic courtesy and wasted my time trying to do it on the spot, refusing to give a discount.

Promised to alter but when collect on assigned collection date, says not ready and send me back and say will call. Did not call. Called them a week later and they told me not ready yet, they will call later. Lousy service. No apologies as well.

Terrible service. Instructed the lady to tighten the waistline of my dress but instead she tightened the sleeves too. The sleeve was too tight that it could not fit me well. Moreover, when I asked her about it, she just brushed it off and ignored me, carried on on her work. When I asked her again, she gave a menacing tone, saying that she was told to do it that way (it was a lie).With this poor attitude and service I don’t know how she gets her customers from day to day. Moreover she overcharges, I went to find another tailor for the same item and it costed almost half of what this lady charges. In addition, the dress that she altered is unwearable anymore and it costed me almost $300 for it. I am Super angry and unhappy with her. Furthermore, when I was trying the outfit in her changing room, she hurried me and shouted across the room telling me there are others waiting to use. Probably her other customers are more older and thought they could just push a younger girl around. Please go to other alteration places instead, there are many places with better service and charges instead of her. It will save you a lot of trouble and hassle.

Item wasn’t ready. Called ahead, said come next day. Came 4 days later. Not done - no apology. Wasted two trips.
