★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Worst ever cleaning experience. The team was so rude, they burnt items in my oven, claim they couldn't clean certain areas, left after barely getting the work done and mess up my duughter's room! I don't even want to given this single star.

Ruined my jacket, took countless calls to "settle" the issue.
(their receptionist was horrible and rude)
got refund in vouchers (as if i will dare send my clothes to you again)
anyway vouchers cant even cover half the cost of my jacket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used them for pre-moving. Bad experience. Left them alone to clean, came back and found them resting in one room with air-conditioning turned on. Wardrobes were not cleaned thoroughly too. Money wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have engaged their service and will not recommend other people to use it. I asked them to take down my curtains for dry-clean. However they didn't check on the condition of the curtains immediately after taking the curtain down. 2 days later after they took the curtain back for dry clean, they called me up saying that the curtain is torn and they will not want to be responsible for it at all. They are not professional enough in their service. I will not use them anymore.
