Really not happy with the service. I paid for dry clean and installation of my curtains - curtains were returned by a gentleman that wasn't aware he needed to install and the curtains also came back smelling terrible and one curtain returned WITH a stain. Would not recommend at all.

Some curtains not well cleaned, with stains. Company was not responsive to the claims when highlighted.

The cleaning is good as the curtains looked well clean upon return. The service personnel that came to dismantle and put back the curtains were customer oriented with good service. However, the follow up service is very poor. Had arranged for dry cleaning of curtains before new year. During the dismantling, the service staff recommended for one set of curtain to be cleaned on site to avoid curtains ended up too crumpled. Took up the advice and paid the full amount after the curtains were dismantled. The service staff informed the on site curtain cleaning will be carried out together with the return of curtains that have been send for dry cleaning. When the cleaned curtains were returned, the on site cleaning was not carried out. The service staff replied there was an error and would arrange for another day to do cleaning. Made arrangements twice and both occasions there was nobody that showed up. Liaised with company to refund the amount paid for on site cleaning since the services was not carried out. Despite reminders and promises, the refund was never carried out. It has been more than a month. No apology and follow up action from company.
