C	Cai Sheng Tong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $5 haircut promo till end of February 2020 as they are newly opened. There's a compartment to store your valuables & even a holder for your glasses. Only 2 seats & 2 hairdressers so you might have to wait if there are others. Only gripe is it's located at kaki bukit, not really accessible for those not staying in the east.

The owners always build a good rapport with their customers. Recently there was an altercation where an unruly and unreasonable customer had a very bad an abusive attitude towards them..i don't know who was in the wrong but the owners maintained their composure and kept apologizing to the other party who didnt want to budge. Even as I was dragged into the dispute by the poor attitude customer, the hairdressers did their best to mediate and even finished my haircut on time. This is a testament to their character and professionalism and I would say that i'll continue to frequent their business and support them?
