In the event if the tyre could not be repaired, he would loan a spare tyre first. As promised, he arrived within 30min and assessed that the tyre could be repaired as it was punctured by a nail. He did it swiftly and professionally all within 10 min. No hidden cost. Very satisfied with the service. Will recommend to all my friends.

Whatsapped him at 10.45pm, he replied immediately. Said he'd be over in 45mins, he reached in less than 20mins. No BS, fast and affordable service. He checked the battery and car before replacing. After replacing the battery, he did checks on the charging and other electrical accessories in the car like doors and car cam.
Classic under-promise and over-deliver. Impressed the hell outa me. Definitely would use his services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very satisfied with ARS 24Hr on site service. I found my car tyre flat this morning at 8.30 am, called ARS and the team van reached within 30 mins. It was found that the valve was faulty and not a punctured tyre. The team then arranged another bigger truck to come which has the equipment to fix the valve. All was settled by 10.30am. Fees was very reasonable given that it required multiple trips and speed of service delivered. Great job. Will surely recommend to others and use them again.
