β β β β β Unforgettable greetings from the front desk: βare you going to spend your honeymoon with us during your stay?β, whilst I was looking around to ensure there was no lady or other types of companion near me to justify that question. I proudly said: βnot this time, but my lady would love that offer the next time we stay hereβ
On a more serious note, very friendly staff and always helpful.
In room dining is plentiful and enough to keep your hunger until the next meal time ?
P.S.: I βcanβ eat quite an amount of food served to me ?

β β β β β Fantastic 5 star hotel and located very conveniently just above train station and also walking distance to marina bay.
The service is great
Highlight is the infinity pool on 18f, they also have a gym and a pool table. Fantastic views of the bay, definitely recommended

β β β β β Great location at the heart of CBD opposite Suntec. Rooms has all the modern amenities. Lobby quite impressive. Guess officer welcome u back. Great hospitality.
Room just a bit cramped with the work desk so close to the bed.
Only if the breakfast could be better. Just so-so. Not up to mark for a room price of almost S$500 per night. A lot of other hotels better.

β β β β β Stayed overnight at a premiere guest room with 2 friends. Staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Hazel and Cora from the executive lounge who were very proactive when we dropped by for tea and later in the day for drinks. Breakfast was also notably peasant because of the food choices available. Pool had a great view. Check-out was a breeze

β β β β β The staffs are all cheerful and greets every time you walk in or out. They are always ready and prompt to attend to your needs.
The Hotel room itself was nice and posh with a great view. The breakfast was great , the staff are attentive to your needs and recommends what to try.
Would really recommend this hotel.

β β β β β Service staff was wonderful throughout our short stay of 3 days. Rooms were made up nicely and request were kept up with. The breakfast had a good spread as well. The swimming pool offered a nice view of the city, but water was really cold. Location is good as it is within walkable distance to shopping malls like suntec, marina and city hall.

β β β β β Overall, my stay was just okay and nothing more. I realize that the pandemic continues to wreak havoc and hotels are trying the best they can! However, the JW here in Singapore seems to have just given up. Staff were mostly nonchalant and didn't care. Any request made (ice in the room, changing breakfast time, etc.) was met with exasperation and indifference. Even as an elite member, they weren't very accommodating. Personally, save your money and head elsewhere. It will probably be a better use of your money. Rooms were clean and well kept. Some signs of showing age. Executive Lounge was nice, but they have such limited seating and demand exact bookings.

β β β β β To begin with, will credit the staff for extending their warmth and hospitality to us throughout our stay. They are enthusiastic when tending to our needs, smiles from concierge to reception and housekeeping.
Special mention to staff at executive lounge. They observe and serve according to needs instead of using will rehearsed lines when serving customers. They were quick to respond and followed up on our requests with prompt updates.
Room service could do better though. We called to request for an item. After a long wait, we picked up the phone, only to be told by the operator that the item was not available. We could have been informed earlier.
