From the minute we arrived my son and I were treated with genuine and authentic service. The check in within our suites was superb and then our butler Alicia Cheryl made our stay so incredibly memorable. While all your physical surroundings are wonderful its your personalised service that sets you apart from any hotel I have ever stayed in

Raffles Hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in Singapore situated at Centre of the city very well connected with all the major public transportation. Most of the tourist attractions are just a walk away from the hotel. The hotel is Designed in a boutique form Palm suite is good option. This hotel is a perfect example of a luxury.

Old world charm, but no longer real old world. A must do stop in Singapore. Have the Raffles Sling and other cocktails at The Long Bar for a great experience. Line up out the door of the Long Bar on Level.2.... it's a tourist rush and give of activity!

First built as a privately-owned beach house in the 1830s, this long-standing property was converted into a hotel in 1887 by Armenian hoteliers the Sarkies Brothers. The years have seen various expansions and renovations that have turned the original 10-room building into the sprawling, grand edifice you see today. It closed from December 2017 for phase 3 of their three-phase restoration project, and reopens in mid-2019.

1st class Hotel. Must see location in Singapore. Very elegant colonial architecture. The Writers Bar with amazing drinks (not only the Singapore Sling). I really like the Red Herring cocktail. Great staff!

Context: 2 night stay for anniversary Overall: beautiful place, clean and elegant designs Pros: rooms are smart, you can try out temperpedic pillows, the historical tour is good. Spouse likes guitar, so as a surprise doorman let me bring by early that morning and he put in room before we arrived. Super nice! Cons: before arriving, emailed the concierge of the occasion and dietary restrictions (1 vegetarian) which was acknowledged by concierge in an email reply. I also mentioned it again at check in (โ€œyes, we were emailing a few days ago, all notedโ€). Not that we wanted to feel special or anything but the visit felt just like business trip in terms of service we received, hotel seemed to be operating at <20% capacity too. At dinner, got a non-veg dish (it was in-room dining only at the time). Chefs obviously cooked something quick which is thoughtful but it was quite bland and was still hungry after. After the visit emailed about this and reply received was โ€œwe will note this for your profile for next visit.โ€ Summary: we did no other staycations / had no honeymoon so combined this with the first anniversary (due to covid). We saved for something special like Raffles. If youโ€™re expecting extraordinary, the location is, but for the price attention to detail / service didnโ€™t quite hit the mark. We have experienced more memorable service and attention to detail in other hotels / destinations. Next time, will just come here to dine.

I have stayed at this hotel on my birthday. This hotel made me feel that I am in history. When I arrived, They were serving Signature cocktail "Singapore Sling cocktail" The hotel staff service was amazing. and so many celebrities visited this hotel. There are Pictures of Michael Jackson, British royal family, George W Bush etc.. I recommend the afternoon tea at this hotel. There is Victorian architecture and The sweets has sophisticated taste. It's like a dream at this hotel.

Our stay at Raffles was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! The grounds itself are so beautiful and itโ€™s located in a fantastic spot in the city. Just a short walk to the underground station, even close to nearby malls and restaurants. The colonial design of the hotel is very rare to see nowadays and walking through there felt like I was walking in history but with modern touches. From the moment we arrived, we felt very taken care of, the staff was AMAZING! And even though we didnโ€™t use our butler as much they still insisted they come by the night of our late night flight to drop off some coffee and chocolates for us which was a great touch and much appreciated. Breakfast at the Tiffin Room was probably the most favorite part of my day honestly. Everything on the menu was so delicious and perfectly cooked every time and on top of that eating with real silver flatware?! We love it. Definitely have to go to Long Bar and have a Singapore Sling, or any other cocktail- itโ€™s a really cool vibe in there. There's another cute bar thatโ€™s in the courtyard of the hotel and theyโ€™ve got some delicious bites as well to try out while youโ€™re enjoying the weather. I really did enjoy staying at this hotel and the next time I visit Singapore I would love to stay here again!
