Had a wonderful meal here. 1. Cashier was very kind, came out of the counter to explain e different type of cheese used for e grill chicken. 2. Chef was very friendly, food was delicious. 3. Young lady was very considerate she covered the sauce for my takeaway. Highly recommended on par with Aston!

Rating because disappointed by the portion. I was expecting abit more for S$20.90. Taste was okay.

Quite some time didn't buy from JWS. I used to like their steak, was better than average restaurant... This time was very disappointing. Ordered medium but given a medium-well to well-done. The dressing of broccoli & corn was seriously burnt! Did they change the chef or chef too tired? Have to mention about the poor attitude cashier aunty... (Guess she's the lady boss.)

NZ grassfed striploin plus 2 sides and sausage for only 11.90! I requested medium for my beef and it was nicely cooked, the texture was good, even the fatty part was nicely charred. My picture didn’t do the whole dish justice. Highly recommended.

No Q today, sizzling plate ribeye. medium rare delivered as per order….. nicely done….

Called the listed number to order for pick-up. 1. Very difficult to understand what the staff on the line was trying to say. 2. Missed out one item when I went to pick up. Called to ask them if they missed an item and the same staff insinuated that it was my fault for not checking properly when they did not properly inform me that my order was packed in two bags (they told me it was "this bag here"). I had to make an extra trip down just to pick up this portion. No apologies issued. 3. One of the ordered items was a spicy cheesy grilled fish. What we received was just... grilled fish. We paid extra for the spicy cheese and it was not delivered. Super disappointing dinner. Had better experience with other outlets.

Beef Steak (SGD $15.90) @ JWS Grille Factory. . Among the more recent brands to vie for 'quality hawker western food at affordable prices', they're known for serving large and hearty portions. . The beef ribeye steak is sourced from Silver Fern Farms in New Zealand. Carrying decent marbling, this was done to medium, served on a sizzling hot plate. . Has a succulent juicy tender chew and meaty savoury salty flavour. The bed of caramelised white onions prevent the beef from sticking, and lend a light vegetal sweet note. . Choice of 2 sides. Had the mashed potatoes which was smooth with starchy savoury salty flavour. The boiled broccoli and corn was juicy tender with vegetal sweet flavour, but I felt the dressing could be toned down. . . . Chicken Chop (SGD $9.90) @ JWS Grille Factory. . A large, succulent, boneless chicken chop is flame-grilled till tender and juicy, with lovely natural sweet savoury flavour. Paired with a thick mushroom gravy, which lends robust earthy salty savoury peppery spice notes. . Choice of sides; I had soft warm baked beans over fresh lettuce with earthy sweet vegetal notes, crunchy fresh steamed broccoli with vegetal sweet flavour, and soft battered white onion rings with vegetal sweet salty grainy flavour. . Good value for money, portions are large and generous, plus, it feels rather healthy and wholesome.
