Short story: your money can be spent to support better hotel owners, as this one does not care about customers' experience. Please do not support this evil owner, continue reading to hear my experience.
Long story: at Saturday midnight until 2am, they were still rushing to do room work for Sunday. Chase money sure, I understand, Sunday will have many customers. But to the extend of disturbing your customers? In the middle of the night? I complained 2 times, and at 2am I couldn't stand it anymore and spoke to the manager, asking for compensation. Manager called the boss. I was fuming and maybe some words did not come out right, and the boss took it that I was threatening him (I asked do you care about your hotel reviews). Boss then replied with examples of him throwing out customers in the past, showing he is not scared of the customers.
...wait...instead of apologizing and try to fix his mess, he was angry? Surely he was the one who paid to be disturbed for 2 hours at midnight, no?
You see, the owner was the one to accept reservations before the rooms were done, and when it resulted in making the current customers unhappy, he did not care. He told me to "write anything online" because he "is not scared", and he is confident with his way of doing business. He actually said that.
So if you care about supporting the right business, the right people, don't stay here. Let me be the first and last unhappy customer.
And here is me, "writing anything online" for the first time in my life because that's how disappointed and upset I am with my stay here.
