Best Asian fusion restaurant in Singapore

E	Eugenia Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very average food, poor service, nice decor and view I came with quite a bit of expectation cuz friends told me their old Martin road’s branch was very good. The service was extremely slow, not sure if it was because it’s under staffed. The staffs also seemed quite new and blur blur, clearly had no system of doing their job. Food is interesting in concept but the taste was very average. Nothing really popped. Portion in general is very small. I was shocked by how small the “big plate” in the menu is. Big disappointment - Jypsy fish and chips: very oily - sticky pork bun: very small portion , taste was very normal Drinks were quite good but at high price level for what they are (not special enough to demand such a high price point).

They have interesting menu for the cocktails and food menu. We were here to try drinks and dessert and definitely will come back to try their food next time. !

They offer an extensive & creative menu, terrific service and reasonable prices considering its prime Marina Bay location. Try to grab a table on the outdoor waterfront deck. The vibe is upscale casual with scenic views towards Marina Bay Sands. The food and drinks are delicious and artistically presented. Every person on staff we encountered was truly welcoming and friendly. Will definitely enjoy dining here again on our next visit to Singapore!

The deco and aesthetics were amazing, giving a warm and cozy feeling. Good for gatherings with friends or family. The menu provided a wide variety of food options and the food concept was intriguing. The food was delicious, with so many different flavours with the unique and different sauces that come with each dish! First time eating a wasabi flavoured mash. The portions were adequate for the price, making it worth it. The service was excellent from most of the staff. Overall, recommended. I would definitely visit again with my friends and family.

Unagi Fried Rice and Clam Pasta were amazing. We also ordered the Wagyu Nigiri and Tomato Salad. Staff were friendly and polite too. The atmosphere in the restaurant has a very chill vibe, great place to bring a date. Will definitely recommend to friends.

The salmon belly sushi was fine, the salmon tacos were good but very small, and the clam pasta was tasty but a bit watery. The custard pie was very nice though the crust seemed undercooked. Perhaps the restaurant was understaffed as the waiters were running around looking very tired - service was overall slow even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The bill for 1 drink, one main, two small plates, and one dessert came to about 100$.
E	Eric Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jypsy is the latest restaurant at One Fullerton and it’s decor is absolutely stunning. Both the inside and outside seating area is breathtaking! The food is Japanese fusion and it’s a bit of a hit and miss with the biggest disappointment being the fish and chips. Otherwise, they have a very innovative twist on most dishes. Prices are on the high side with small portions so be prepared spend a little more to try a variety of dishes!
