β β β β β The seafood was so fresh and elevated the entire buffet experience. Wide array of food and you'll be spoilt for choice. I liked the desserts too.

β β β β β Loved the variety and food options here. Compared to melt cafe and other hotel buffet menu, the Sunday menu brunch was in my opinion the best! Sashimi even have tako (octopus) compared to the standard tuna and salmon. Oysters and other expensive shellfish were served too thats not commonly found in lunch menus.
The amount of hot food options were great. I enjoyed the US OP(Oven Prepared) Prime Beef a lot too.
Service was excellent as well and I thank the staff for helping us take photo. Sorry for being a little demanding when taking photo ?.

β β β β β Good value for money for weekday lunch with meticulous, service oriented staff with the drive to perform. The staff noticed that we would have preferred another seat and offered us the option of another table without us asking. Thumbs up! They also ensured our cups were kept full and plates were cleared efficiently.
A good array of stations for their international buffet. Seafood ? was fresh and I loved the wasabi mayo dipping sauce. Sashimi slices, however, were cut too large and thick for my liking. Desserts ? were top notch, particularly the chocolate brownie, durian pengat and the mini chocolate squares infused with alcohol.
I also loved the Caesar salad ? drenched in parmesan. There were also the Indian, pasta and Peranakan sections which I skipped.
Well furnished restaurant with a large floor area. It could feel like a marketplace at times due to the crowd.

β β β β β Loved my brunch here β¦ the champagne free flow was epic! Loads of tasty food options, I particularly loved the raw bar. Great place to go and try loads of dishes to see what you do and donβt like.

β β β β β The Edge is one of the larger buffet restaurants and has a huge spread. However, most of the food is too common and after a while, it feels like most of the food is high-end mixed vegetable stall food. Sashimi is limited to Salmon and Tuna, and the seafood section (no crab) is not enticing. Dark black digestive tract in the prawn is a put off. After 2 to 3 rounds of servings, we decided there was nothing interesting to try and proceeded to the dessert, and it turned out that dessert was the best part of the buffet. The Durian Pengat was fairly good for durian lovers. Service was good, used plates were cleared quickly. Overall, there are hits and misses but given the buffet price is in the same range as other top hotel buffets, there is certainly a lot of areas to catch up.

β β β β β This is definitely one of the better buffets in Singapore with an extensive spread and quality food! Seafood is fresh and portions were generous! We were here for my parents anniversary and they even prepared a cake for us! The staff was really sweet in volunteering to help us take photos too! Also, when the creme brulee had run out, the staff prepared some for us:)

β β β β β All except 1 of my family members were down with diarrhea and vomiting the day after. Considering the price paid for CNY buffet dinner, totally not worth.
Food was considered nice except that the satays were cold. Nice spread of cheese.
Not sure about the freshness of the seafood though since we were down after eating them.

β β β β β Restaurant has good ambience and service is top notch. Food wise there is area for improvement. Seafood and sashimi are fresh and tasty. Indian and western sections are good too. However the grill section and satay are cold. Noticed these sections a good amount is already stacked there. Understand there should be sufficient food to cater to crowd but I think the cooks should try to moderate the qty considering its a pretty quiet Monday night.
