★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pre-sales support. Fast and responsive. Ordered two hats as a test. After one wash, one of the hats fell apart. I was told they should be hand washed and not machine washed. Honestly, there were no washing instructions, and secondly, with so many hats which survive the machine wash, this felt like an easy excuse.
They offered to replace the hat, if I sent them the ripped one. The time of going to a post office and sending is higher than the cost of the hat. Very disappointed in the after sales support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excellent service. very fast response on whatsapp, even on a weekend. order was processed on the next business day and sent out in 2 business days. price was the most competitive among all that i searched, with no extra digitisation fee and free delivery. very good customer service, very responsive on whatsapp, allowed for small quantity order (5 pcs) and provided updates on delivery timing. product quality also very good, printing was exactly what i wanted and they sent a sample too for confirmation before proceeding. after sales service also very good and provided instructions on iron-on. would definitely engage them again and highly recommended!
