โ โ โ โ โ Great way to unwind after work. Thereโs prayer chanting, meditation, and a discussion on Buddhas point of view on philosophy with the intent to make it usable in our every day life. Have been going for the last few months and itโs brought about a big change in me. Itโs very relaxing.

โ โ โ โ โ this hidden gem situated among hipster cafes at Outram Park is the best place to learn meditations in Singapore. the books on Buddhism are very interesting - clear and profound. people there are nice and sincere.

โ โ โ โ โ If you want to know what are Buddha's teachings in English and Chinese, this is the place to learn. I had called myself a Buddhist for a long time but I know Buddha's teachings superficially. Yet like learning golf, you need to learn to learn the right strokes from the very beginning from an experienced golf instructor, without correction later on. This is the place with the right lineage and therefore right teachings. I am speaking from personal experience.

โ โ โ โ โ For first time visitors: please check out where you have to go exactly. It's not in China town point mall. Because of all the construction and little streets Google maps is not accurate if you try to find the place by foot. I never arrived....

โ โ โ โ โ I find the space peaceful with really beautiful Buddhas. And the teachings and guided meditations are easy to follow and very practical for a newbie like me..
Fees are reasonable, I guess its to help keep the centre running. I'll come back again!
