β β β β β Did a boxing trial here. Definitely not the typical commercial fitness school..a traditional and humble family establishment that prides on teaching boxing in a non intimidating way. Training was led by coach Tyson, a super humble and caring coach who takes time to coach you on the basic fundamentals of boxing. Worth a try.
