★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Krav Maga, I learnt many different skills and techniques to protect myself. However, the different skills we learned causes my legs and hands to sore. However, I think I can overcome them sooner or later. The warm ups was fun because we can run around and laugh loudly. I will encourage friends to join in the Maga class. Thanks!????? I am very happy with the flexibility that the scheduling offers, affordable and the CoActive Apps for booking is a big help! Would recommend it to others.

Perfect place to learn a new skill while having fun. The coaches are knowledgable, patient and so friendly.
With the app, it's really easy to book/modify classes you have and they have so many options of times that you're sure to find a slot that works for you.
Highly recommend this gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely lovely place to practice. They have a variety of different classes to choose from, and several different time slots during the week so there is a lot of flexibility. There is basically always a class when you're free.
The instructors are super friendly and very helpful and always make you feel welcome. I've had the pleasure of being trained by both Daniel and Aloysius and they are both really good teachers.
I definitely get a confidence boost from going and I have fun every time. Can highly recommend this place!
