A very big thank you to Alex& Ben from Kairos Interior for guiding us through our home renovation journey. designs to ensuring all the reno works were properly done, Alex & Ben really made our journey a breeze. He patiently advised us on design options and gave us recommendations when needed too.
To have an ID that treats your home just like hers, is the best deal you can ever get. Thank you Alex & Ben ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very satisfied to engage Alex and Lem as our IDs. They are very innovative and bold with their ideas yet very accommodating to our requests. They are very sincere, responsible and provide timely updates on the progression of our renovations. Both are very responsive to our questions and gave us honest feedbacks. The carpentry workmanship is good, even our families and friends commended on the good workmanship. Even though there are some minor hiccups during the renovation process, Alex and Lem were very swift in handling them. Overall, we are very happy with our new home and will definitely recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through a referral, engaged Alex & Lem for the renovation of our bto 4 room flat. The renovation flow was good. There was some hiccups along the way but was quickly rectified. Both were quick to pick up the desired concept that my wife and I wanted.
5 stars for the electric uncle for doing a great job with all electrical works!
Carpentry worksmanship was average. The planning & QC could have been done better. The carpentry/misc installer's service & attitude is very bad. Will not recommend this installer.
Apart from that, overall experience was good. Alex & Lem did a great job completing our reno. After sales service was good, we had some issues and was timely rectified after handover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have engaged Alex and Lem as my ID for my new flat. They are experienced, responsive, professional and provide constructive advices. Although the unit is handed over, arrangement was quickly made for touch up.

They were responsive and always able to provide practical advice for any queries we had. They were also accomodating with our concerns, at one time specially arranging a live demo of bifold doors for us.
On top of the service, the reno was beautifully done. Really satisfied with the end result and would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved in 2 months ago to our new place. Went to another ID before settling with Alex and Beltran. They were practical in terms of advising our design. They literally will tell you what’s practical and what not and what we can just buy off the shelve. Which I don’t think many out they will be this honest. We are someone whom knows what we want for our humble nest in cooperating what we want Alex also cracked their brains when there are areas we ain’t sure which is the best design in terms of practicality. There sure were some up and downs due to covid and manpower issue. But we managed to pull through and handed over in time. Pricing wise, I thought they were the most practical and he was open about his pricing with no hidden costing.
