Shawn was honest and competent, inspection had some problems with the headlights (vapour issue) and advised me to tell the dealer to resolve the issue for me, when my dealer said "its no issue" and wanted to shirk off responsibility. Highly recommended! Thanks Shawn and team at Kaizen.

Was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and excellent work done by the team. Shawn (the owner) even took the time to explain in detail about what needed to be fixed with exploded design drawings. He took time to recommend certain parts selection that would be more suitable for what I needed. The car did drive better after the work done and the ABS signal issue was fixed. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to use their workshop.

Shawn, the owner, is honest, friendly, experienced, and upfront. He clearly explains what is required, and what is not. He makes sure you understand what is going to be done, and how much you will pay. He even took the initiative to drive me all the way to a tire shop as I wanted to change my tires and rims too. His team is also skilled, and they finish the work in no time with good results. This kind of quality is very rare in the car servicing industry; therefore look no more, just give Kaizen Motors a visit, get your proper servicing while you are waiting in the fantastic waiting lounge, and have a peace of mind.

But even though I wasn't bringing a lot of business, Shawn was very patient in explaining to me the entire servicing process, as well as showing me some basics of car maintenance! It is not in his blood to upsell products, but the real knowledge that he imparts is valuable to customers making decision. I see myself going to him for my regular servicing, even recommendations for insurance, and peripheral product purchases. A good workshop person who’s always ready to impart real knowledge. Good job
