One late afternoon during a system failure I needed a specific electric transformer for non-Singapore-electric-standards for a special solar generation project I designed, and by chance called this company... Mr. Goh (Bernard) answered, and demonstrating such an expertise, designed a transformer over the phone upon my simple explanation... In the next very day at noon not only the equipment was ready, but also the CAD drawing schematics. Exactly what I needed to spec, saved my project, saved my face!
Their factory is amazingly organized, tidy, and clean. I never asked them, but for sure they have in place some sort of ISO standards, Japanese "5S" or better operational practices.
They served me several times again afterwards, and whenever my company has a project involving electrical equipment, the first people that come to my mind are Mr. Goh and his son.
