β β β β β The lawyer was inpatient and showed attitude problem to us when we asked a few more questions. She also raised her voice and told us to find other lawyer if we want to. She never bother explaining what we are signing and told us to just read the documents by ourselves and she will just sit there and wait for us to finish reading the documents. No professional at all.
Have arranged to meet another lawyer of this firm. Hope the other lawyer is a professional one and get things settled smoothly.

Super glad that I found this as one good friend of mine also recommended CapitaLaw and everyone that I met have been responsive, professional and patient. Glad that I went with CapitaLaw instead. Ivan, Grace, Michelle and receptionist (sorry didnβt get the name!) were very consistent with their approach. I would recommend this law firm to others if youβre looking to purchase a property. Lawyer: Grace. Price: I am going to echo other reviewers - itβs Reasonable (Possibly not the cheapest nor the most expensive either. You pay for what you get)
