Junior lawyer provided inferior service at consultation. Was brusque on subsequent call on pretext that not acting for me. Need to learn to be professional and polite and not money-minded. Had to consult another legal firm who provided professional and good service and will continue to provide advice on ad hoc as charged basis.

The company must be very proud to have a great admin staff who was so patient , so efficient and so clear in her explanations on the notarised services I required . Another law firm which I visited earlier almost wanted me to pay more than doubled what Ho Law corporation quoted and yet I was required to go down to SAL at Adelphi myself to get it sealed. Really thankful that I was saved from spending more than double from the other dishonest law firm. I will definitely use Hoh Law for my other legal matters . Met the owner himself and he was concerned about the distance I had to drive to get to his Paya Lebar branch and assured me that they would expedite my matter as best as they possibly could . So refreshing to hear from the owner himself , though my matter is a small one to them .

Good location, in front of paya lebar MRT, they provided SAL authentication services WITHOUT any additional transport fee, just paying $85-60 for 1 document as usual for SAL, unlike other law firm charging handling fees for sending to SAL. honest and effective, i got my appointment on the same day . they guide me what should i bring before the appointment. friendly staff and also the Notary Public Mr Hoh.

Engaged the law firm on end of March 2021 for my late mum's property in which we need to get letter of probate. The person whom attend to us Ms J was nice when we engaged and she said all the documents will be ready in 1 month time when we asked her. My dad also sign a letter of authorization for me and my Brother to take charge as he was admitted in the hospital and is inconvenient for him to deal with all these legal document. Late April 2021: No response from Ms J. Texted her and she told us that everyone need to come back to law firm to re-sign some document as the document is not approved. Late May 2021: No response again from Ms J. Texted her again and she said my dad need to come back again as the document my dad is signing is an English document and yet he do not know English. Extremely disappointment as the whole issue has been dragged for 2 months and we are still at the same documents over and over again. What worse was that Ms J mentioned that 'its her first time dealing with this grant of probate' and we need to be understanding. Such unprofessional remark as I had paid thousand for your service and this is the reply I get...In the event if Ms J provide us updates at least we as the customer will not be frustrated. Mentioned to Ms J that I want to speak to her supervisor and this is when Mr P step in. Early July: Managed to get the grant of probate on hand. Overall experience: I am pleased with Mr P's service and not for Ms J. Ms J is not professional and provide little update for us with regards to this issue. This is my first time having my close family pass away and dealing with this legal document. Definitely not a pleasant experience with this firm.
