Mrt within 2-3 mins walk
24 ntuc connected at the mscp. Also includes dental clinic, medical clinic, TCM, laundry, 2 coffee shops, hair salon, 2 hardware shops, 2 bicycle shops
Wet marker and large hawker centre
Sheng Siong opposite along with many other shops
Cycling paths within short vicinity direct to mbs, eco, bishan/ang mo kio park
Thankful due to covid red light district has seen its demise so area is much safer. Also kallang riverside district is set be build. New BTOs are springing up showing the transformation of the area.
Lastly 5 room units nearer to town are no longer being built and small in supply.
