★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to enroll for a 12 month package from Kalo Eastpoint mall. Initially the service was satisfactory as in the staff was courteous and the service provided was also satisfactory. But as and when the the number of remaining visits were coming down the satisfaction level of started coming down.And when it came to the last visit,the whole experience I had with Kalo came crashing down as all it seemed was that staff wasn;t at all interested in giving a proper service because this was my last visit and I will not be coming back again and won't be paying anymore.
