E	Eden H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming for 4 months now I recommend Silvia and if you want a male Andrew 1 hair cut: she didn't cut too much aka she listened to me even though her English isn't perfect she knows the international hair language hahaha 1 hair die: Andrew and Silvia understood what I wanted and gave it too me 3 touch ups: she doesn't overly do my routes like most hairdressers. This is good as your hair will be that much healthier They seem to listen to you here and not just do whatever they want cause they are artists and they know best blah blah.
M	Mel S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I have come for a hair cut. First time my hair was cut by William (I think, apologies if I got the name wrong!). Today hair cut by Joyce. Both times did not have to wait. Calm salon. No hard sell. Joyce gave me good advice regarding how a style will look (when I asked). Both times I felt I was in good hands. Great value for money.

Was planning to get a usually back and sides trim but ended up getting an army haircut as the barber just kept cutting my hair shorter and shorter with a thinning scissors. I even requested to keep the hair length at the start. Just dumbfounded. Could have gotten a better cut from QB or Kcuts.... That's how bad it is.

But today the woman (with glasses and white/pink hair) was unprofessional. went for a simple haircut and told her my requirements. Not sure what was the hurry for, just 5 mins into the service she said it’s done. She wanted to just get the thing done . Will not be coming to this place ever again.

S	Supergirl Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Simei branch. Have never in my life met a hairstylist as obnoxious and full of himself as Andrew. Unfortunately, he's my hubby's stylist so I went and requested for him to try out. But he blatantly refused and told me flatly that his charges are too high and said I couldn't choose him. What the eff??! Maybe I was dressed in tee shirt, shorts n slippers n don't look posh enough. Instead, he sat there idlely for the rest of the time I was there.. and chit chatted with other stylists who were styling each other's hair n chatting about what bubble tea/coffee to order. The only saving grace was William who handled the situation professionally and in a friendly manner. Needless to say, my hubby will no longer be getting Andrew to do his hair. Shame on you Andrew.
k	kat y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the worst hairdressing experience I had. The guy was rude from when the moment I stepped in. I had asked to trim my hair “v shaped’. Although my hair was fairly long, he said he cannot do it. Despite telling him I like to have a bit of shape at the end of my hair, he cut it straight (actually, senget). I had also asked to thin my hair a little as it was thick, he pointed to the floor and said he already cut alot of my hair off. Yes, indeed wasted my hair and just cutting to whatever style he personally desire. Please avoid this place!
