★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really hard sales and improper way to do business. One of the tattoo guy from wash hair start to promote their hair care and buy their products.. When we says to dye hair and cfm the color also. At the middest he doing the bleach.. Until bill us then I know it.. Really bad experience and will not come again.. For the HDB shops its really not suitable for those kind of hard sales and cheat..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called before coming down but instead of informing me how long i have to wait at the salon. i was ignored and not served. i simply stood at the counter and watched every single staff talked about personal events with their clients. they could have informed me to wait for X mins so i wouldnt feel stupid standing there. no service standard at all.

My usual spot for a nice and professional haircut. Those with young children can look for a hairstylist named Lynn who has the perfect approach in handling young children

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife, kids and myself have gone to a few hairdressers and this is the one that truly stands out. The salon is clean, no strong bleach smell and the staff are all friendly. Covid measures are also being adhered in place. Lynn whom is our regular stylist has her way with kids and is very professional. No hard selling, no pdt pushing for things you dont need. Very pleasant experience always!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best salon i have ever visited! i have visited several expensive salon and this is the first time i felt like a hair stylist knows what he is doing. i went for a hair dye session for ash brown and i was really satisfied with how it turns out!

No point making an appointment with them cause it’s useless. There are many people waiting as well and all are with appointments . Such a joke , if you can’t handle , don’t take in so much appointments. This is not the first time experiencing this issue .
