β β β β β This is a no-frills honest izakaya - the food tastes very homely, the oden, particularly the radish and the fish cake, was delicious. The cold somen was really nice too, the sauce with fresh ginger and the noodles served at the right cold temperature. The sashimi was ooookay, much prefer the cooked food. Will be back to try more stuff!

β β β β β Went for the $80 Omakase Course a couple of weeks ago. Nice and cozy setting is great for small gatherings.
Particularly enjoyed the cheese platter β the crab butter cheese is an absolute delight! They also have a nice range of alcohol to choose from. Whether the $80 Omakase Course represents value for money or not probably depends on personal taste, particularly since it includes plenty of Oden dishes.

β β β β β The waitress is steady and professional, introducing us a nice sake - Tattenokawa for beginners! The sake has a smooth texture and a bit sweet. We ordered Omakase Oden, Kaisendon and Assorted Sashimi for sharing, the food are really fresh and delicious. Itβs all about the ι², will try the udon and 2/3 course omakase oden next time!
