★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their work is extremely sloppy.
It doesnt end there. Sloppy work may be corrected but they lack professionalism and simple business integrity. Not only was the work sub-par, they chose to not respond to my messages requesting an update on how they wish to recity the job done. Worse still, they damaged our parquet floor beyond repair. Please see photos attached.
