โ โ โ โ โ I booked a transfer service from Changi Airport to my hotel in Singapore via the internet without a problem. Transfer was okay when I arrived in Singapore with my family. I didn't book a return service initially because I wanted to check if the service was okay. When I arrived in Singapore I enquired with the company if I could book a return journey, I was told call them 2 days before departure then they will book it. I called 2 days before my flight and they told me call them after 9.15pm on the day before the flight, they wouldn't take a booking 2 days before as I was told previously. I called them at 9.30pm on the day before my flight, first they wouldn't pick up the phone after several attempts, when finally they picked up they said they were fully booked. What a terrible service, that's the reason I scored so low. If they took my booking the first day I called them I would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately they don't accept internet bookings for return leg of the journey separately to the original booking.

โ โ โ โ โ WTS's school bus transportation service for my child has been poor. Drivers change frequently, some of them smoke just prior letting children in, bus aunties look more at their mobile phones than after the safety of children, safety belt usage no enforced properly, and several other issues which I have noted to the management without proper action from their side.
