On 28 Dec 2020 I had a bad fall in their ladies toilet on the 2nd floor, their slippers and toilet was very slippery. The moment I stepped in I slipped n fell, left leg badly injured was hospitalised n till today I'm still not able to walk. The bosses were notified immediately and they came n took me to hospital. As promptly as they have responded I hope for them to settle my medical Bills n insurance claim, not to mention the trauma n pain. Had to end n start my year in hospital.

Their prices for foot reflex and body massage is really quite unbeatable thought the chair and floor is sometimes oily and sticky. Also gets abit noisy when staff chit chats. But for this price you are paying you can't be expecting a 5 star massage facility. I usually go for the 90mins massage that comes with complimentary guasha/cupping. The masseuse has very good strength and technique. Would recommend Alice or Cindy.

Merry Christmas everyone! So I decided that I needed a foot massage today. Called and booked for an hour of foot reflexology. Once the massage started, I realised that I also needed an hour of full body massage. OMG!! My masseuse- Helen- is an angel!!!! Her massaging technique is out of this world. I loved my massage. Could literally feel the blood flow and relaxation all at once. Thank you Helen. You have just made a loyal lifelong customer! ?

Ladies here offer genuine good massage. Not happy ending or funky massage but good relaxing authentic Depends upon who is doing massage. Tried today some new comer called 'Anna' She is hard working and did best ever massage i had till now .. idententical to thai massage..

Shop interior not looking good..but Masseuse Aida is really good. She's a Sabahan lady...check it out

Been to this place since 2018. Good place to massage, staff is really friendly towards customers. Most of the staff are bilingual as some can speak chinese, malay and also english. Prices here is affordable for full body massage. The membership here is free and the prices are different for normal customers. Some customers come in with their whole family for a massage. Usually I would do a 1 hour full body massage and 1 hour leg massage after a month of hard work to ease my body pains. Hope that the good service and friendly staff would continue on doing their best! Best is to call in to book appointment incase the place is full anytime. I really reccomend this place for those who needs a full body or foot massage, ??? be sure to book an appointment or call in to svoid dissapointment as now due to covid they cant have the place full of customers at one time

Warning: They ask for your NRIC and copy it to their logbook before the procedure. Told the masseur to apply soft pressure repeatedly as the massage was too painful. Had to repeat so many times but she still kept going back to very strong pressure. I ended up with a back ache instead of not having one in the first place.

Good masseuse but the staffs talking in sabah language (i guess) like to poke their nose in other colleagues customers. Badmouthing loudly infront of other customers. They are the most noisy staffs compare to the chinese staffs. Will definitely come here again for the gd massage but they need to do something with their sabah staffs.
