Worst worst facial ever Paid a $107 facial and it comes out to be a nightmare! For just a basic facial with NO machine and they Keep criticize on your face keep up selling. I turn down the beautician a lot of time. Then she ask another consultant come in to continue up selling in the middle of the session. Ask me top up $68 for gua sha. Which is $168 for a facial! I go to TCM facial before and it’s like $60 and the most expensive one is $98 It’s not about the pricing. the worst part is the service! She never even help to clean up the mask properly after the session. The clay mask was all over my face and my eyelash extension After the session they continue to persuade me to sign package. Imagine u persuading me you confirm will notice that the clay mask are suck at my eyelashes and all over my face side. you and your colleague don’t even have the heart to tell me or help me remove. when I went to the toilet I saw the clay mask was all over my face and my extension eyelash was all harden and stucked I have to clean it off myself and because it’s harden. It took me 10mins to remove it from my eye lashes and drop more than 7 strands. Im a lover for facial but this is The Worst experience. Never never ever recommend this to anyone. Had multiple visits to this place. Staffs are nice & understanding. I do love their services & effectiveness of their treatments. KinKis & Eileen were friendly & gentle. They are meticulous in the way they care for their customers. (Thumbs up!) However, I dislike how Anna hard sell packages. (Do keep a look out for her) She doesn't explains well, but just push packages down your throat. I also realize that they have the habit of doing initial package on half the face & introducing new products or packages, leaving you hanging.

Masseur was good & genuine but didn't replace the time she left me alone in massage room. She discussed personal life topics rather insensitively too during the session. At the end of session pushy sales tactics were used & they said it was only $780++ for 8 sessions claiming it was $200 each smh.(Update 1 month later i visited got a different masseur Iris much nicer experience than previously)

I went to Tampines branch for facial, my beautician is very friendly, acknowledged and professional..highly recommend here..the manager Anna was very friendly also and not pushly..

Went for the trial promo for $28 for a 60mins session with my wife, once entered was hard sell with the package they're having. Told the masseurs we'll decide after the session but they still blah thru the whole time. Massage was so-so but service & attitude was really bad, didn't sign anything with them & never return anymore.

Always hard sale even though after u signed up package. Will ask you top up every time u go for treatment. Will not go back after finished my package. I don't enjoy my treatment at all cos keep on you top up try this and try that. Waste my time.
