โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience with them. Most of the vendors on their platform are not professional enough. They do not follow.up closely with their valued customers and always tell the cleaner to try to do their jobs faster and try to leave early as soon as possible. U may search for their review on goggle, and u will be shocked why Kaodim decided to engage the not so professional cleaning contractors to join their platform! MOST OF THE REVIEWS YOU SEE ON THEIR PLATFORM ARE BEING COMPLETED BY THEIR OWN STAFFS AND THEIR OWN VENDORS AT KAODIM. EVEN THEIR REPLIES AFTER A COMPLAIN ARE STANDARD ANSWERS EVERYTIME. They do not even ask their vendors to perform a service recovery for their valued customers too. Please do not try engaging their vendors on their platform. Engage at your own risk!

โ โ โ โ โ Bad customer service. Have engaged their vendors from their apps, but were disappointed. The cleaners were not trained. They were either freelance cleaners or not legally allowed to work in Singapore. Engage their vendors at your own risk!
The said vendors are Kmac International Pte Ltd. Paid for 4 hours, but the janitor said need to leave after 2 hours. Called their in charge, and am still waiting for his reply.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a pleasant experience with the vendors that came to clean 4 of my air con units. Fast, and thorough and gave me extra tips to maintain the air-con. Will look into other services if there's a need next time.
