I have been in the Program of Murdoch University (Accounting and Finance) for a few weeks at Full Time and my money has been cheated. I now want to be REFUNDED and WITHDRAWN from the course. They call it a Full Time Program and our hours are even fewer than any part time courses. We get lessons 1 lesson for each module for 1 week and then no lessons for the next 2 weeks. When I attended the first lesson, the lectures told us most our learning is done by ourselves and their just to correct gaps in you knowledge. We are paying so much and we are treated this way. The first payment was about $7000 including bridgings. The full course is more than $26000. If this is how Kaplan runs, why am I paying so much. I was not told verbally or in contract that my hours are like this. It says its a Full Time course. Kaplan is not even following the contract agreement. The lectures do not even bother to show in class on where to look for our homeworks, we ended up also doing wrong things due to the our lack of knowledge on the LMS (Online Login). We are just new students and they did not even bother to show us. The Student Support is very bad, the consultant Calvin Wong is rude, and he things his job is done just because he sent out the emails. He do not care whether we understand them or not. As a result, I missed my first lesson. He even raised his voice at my mother. The Murdoch reception clerk Lady and Librarian is also rude and short tempered.
