WOW! Where do I even start… When I first applied through IDP, I was assisted by Kelly Cheong and I must say, her service is one of the best I’ve experienced. When I contacted IDP I was assigned to an agent, Kelly Cheong. I had initially applied 2 semesters ahead and Kelly told me that I could wait so I decided to apply after receiving my next semester results. Yet, despite being a 6 months wait, Kelly maintained contact with me and still made the effort to check in on my interest after receiving my results which I think not many agents would do. Nevertheless, it was a very positive experience as Kelly was not pushy about the application process. In fact, she willingly made the effort to hold zoom/voice calls with me to clear my queries and walk me through the step by step application/acceptance process. She was very patient despite me asking so many questions and taking very long to decide my course. I highly recommend Kelly as she is very knowledgeable and well-prepared to answer all the questions I threw at her with in-depth information that was very helpful. I am truly thankful for Kelly as my agent for the very smooth and seamless application process! :)

IDP Singapore was extremely helpful in my application to Australian universities! The education counsellor assigned to me - Ms Kelly Cheong greatly helped to simplify the long and stressful process of uni application. In my case, my uni of first choice took a really long time to get back to me regarding the success of my application but Kelly constantly communicated with the university admin team to help keep me informed and eventually I got into the uni I wanted!
