โ โ โ โ โ Factory/warehouse facilities. Good for low cost operation. Prepare to see features as you may see in any other very old factories that has very low maintenance budget.

โ โ โ โ โ Very old building and roads are broken with potholes. It seems like not long after I posted these comments ..the roads have been repaired and a new layer of cement laid over road surface! Latest, they are giving the old building a new coat of paint!

โ โ โ โ โ It feels like a factory, walls are off colour, floors are hardly maintained. Toilet can be a horror to some. But the studio space at #03-04 is super inviting, musek studio is definitely a special hole in the wall. Run by designers for designers, the small room never runs out of tea to serve and sharing of ideas. Really grateful for musekstudio for inviting me over for their open house โค๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ Very unpleasant experience, guided me to the wrong building next to destination, ended up I had to pay for extra park cost and time to look for the address in wrong building.

โ โ โ โ โ Veryyyyy bad experience with a seller who works at this building. Found her on Carousell platform and thought ? that she was pretty nice at the start. Things became weird and worse after chatting with her.
She used words that are offensive and bad behaviour as well. She ended up selling me 2 types of items in her listings at $25. The fact that she did offer free delivery and a $5 discount is good, but having said that, she repeatedly offended me by using harsh words and bad behaviour towards me.
I have some proof for you to investigate and see for yourself. Whoever is the boss of her should fire her immediately. Because of her poor service and attitude, I have no other choice but to provide proof.
Whoever is in charge of this building, Pls contact me to get my email regarding the photos for proof as I am unable to upload it here. Thanks for understanding!
