★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enquired about a bike and was told was available and provided info on operating hrs (12-6pm) for me to pick up the bike. Reached the warehouse at 515 and no one was there. Was later told conveniently that his colleague was ill and unable to open the shop and that the response that the bike was "available" etc was an auto response. Wasted my time driving all the way there to deal with a bunch of amatuers. An all round pathetic and unprofessional experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark is a very patience guy despite our change of minds and multiple tries on the test foldies before we settled on the Dahon D8 which is also a very good recommendation from Mark. Mark may be not so responsive in social media but he will try his best to reply after his busy day because he manages the whole shop by himself from repair, assembly and sales. It is better to pay a visit to his shop for a more comprehensive bicycle purchase or knowledge experience. Quick updates on the D8 arrival and appreciate the last minute assembly and manages to complete on the same day. Overall, 5/5 stars for Gcycle.

Really appreciate their advise and the staff did not hesitate to share their knowledge as well. They immediately set up the bike I chose and I came out a satisfied customer.
