★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to place for yoga. Teachers teach based on mindful practices focused more on physical and mental well-being catered to your own body's needs for the day (as opposed to Instagram worthy 'perfect' form). Like the tagline says, its yoga for 'normal people', so no one will feel out of place here, even if you are totally new to yoga. And yet, the experienced yogi will also feel challenged by the harder options given for poses.
I also personally like that this is a non-aircon studio with many big fans blowing, love enjoying the fresh air on a quiet morning. Quite rare amongst yoga studios in Singapore!
Due to Covid-19, they have both in-studio and online classes now. They have strict procedures for in-studio practices, so I can enjoy the class with peace of mind ?
