★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wide -round face Chinese man at the counter was extremely rude he refused to let me using their washroom and claimed that it was only for their customers to use. Even after I explained that I was in urgent need he still insisted that non- customers are not allowed to enter, seriously what's the big deal of using the toilet for a short while?
My response to your slander:
Hey stop telling lies,
1st. I didn't even slam your door and I was asking you politely to use the toilet you were the one who first rose your voice and appeared aggressive.
2nd.I saw your female assistant who was standing beside you all the while AND NOBODY WAS INSIDE YOUR TOILET THE DOOR WAS WIDE OPENED I COULD SEE CLEARLY THAT NOBODY WAS INSIDE.

Update: I am not revealing my name because history has shown that your company does not deal well with negative comments (refer to Sassy Chen). If you insist, the head dentist I'm referring to is the male Dr Goh. And yes, I probably do not have a deep relationship with the dentist, and I do not intend to as per my earlier description of his behavior. I'd suggest that you improve on your customer service both online and offline. Stop attacking customers who did not have a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was @ her clinic yesterday and I want to compliment Dr Elizabeth Goh! She is such an wonderful dentist, so meticulous, reassuring and very friendly that I look forward to my annual dental check up! Her receptionist is very nice and friendly too and made my visit such a great experience!

My fears of pain were unfounded as there was close to none! Much thanks to Dr. Ong and team's meticulous care and professionalism! ?
