Symphonic “SD” Disorder on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor workmanship. Rode off after servicing my bike here only to discover after taking a closer look that a lot of screws and nuts went missing. Bike not assembled properly. Bike accessories also missing. Waited for about 2hours to get service. Was recommended by many friends however, that will be my first and last visit. Truly dissatisfied. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my Duke 390 for a Valve Clearance but found out from a functional test that my bike heat up pretty fast. The mechanic troubleshoots progressively with the thermostat etc but ended had to do a top overhaul as the gasket needed to be replaced due to wear and tear. Definitely the Go-to place for your 2 wheelers and rest assured the workmanship is top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KaTooM is definitely the shop you would want to go if you are looking for an affordable price and friendly mechanics.
My first time experience there willl certainly not be the last. I had such a good experience at the shop. Good customer care, super-friendly mechanics, and what important is, they loves KTM. What else could I ask for right?
I'd definitely trust them handle my 350's inside out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. DO NOT GO. Promised repairs to be done latest in 1 week. 2 weeks in the workshop and still not done. Asked why? And found out they have been moving their workshop. Zero communication and leave customers hanging. I repeat DO NOT GO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here ever since I got a KTM about 5 years now. They have been my place to go for servicing or even a chit chat session. Adam/Kishan and team are extremely solid and helpful. No other place to be if u ride a KTM.
