★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a long time customer, have always been sending my bike there for servicing and repairs. Honest, will tell me if certain repairs or replacements is needed or not needed. However, i find that they do not value customer loyalty. They are (or at least one of the bosses is) very inflexible when it comes to charges, no special discounts for major repairs, or knock-off minor charges just to make customers happy. I will change workshop when i find one who values customer loyalty and my patronage.

They had solved my scooter problem alot.
I'm M'sian, so for me is quite high cost to me but overall servicing quite Good.

Definitely will go back to them as my regular workshop .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Amazing!!! They respond quickly and made scheduling my appointment to my schedule a breeze, my tech, Ah Chong was incredible, I had a carburator service and a front tyre install. The carb was pretty gunked up. He was patient and did an AMAZING job with it.
It's too bad I can only rate them 5 STARS. They deserve higher.
Thanks for what ya'll do and I will be contacting again for my next service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly boss and decent service with prices explained before work started (as mentioned by other reviewers are on the higher side). However, younger employee mechanic was rather rough and careless and left scratches on my newish scooter's rim during a tire change. Painful. Why can't mechanics be more careful? #@&?*
Edit: Can't seem to reply to business' reply below so adding this edit. Tire change was done on 15 Mar 2022 on my Piaggio Medley. Went home straight after tire change and didn't use scooter until following Saturday. Noticed then that the tire valve cap was missing after the tire change. I put on a spare one I had and that's when I noticed the scratches on the rim. Yes, please inform your mechanic to be more careful especially with newer vehicles. Thanks!
