★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Attitude towards customers is so bad. Booked a timing for 4pm and was only attended to at 4.40pm. Booking timing was useless as they attended to walk in customers first instead of ppl who booked a timing which defeats the purpose of us calling to make a reservation. They did not bother giving us the colour template to look at while we were waiting for our turn. Did not even apologise for the inconvenience and told us to talk to her boss. What bad customer service. Will never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest! Said it was $20 for French manicure, I even clarified if it was for both hands and if it was total $20 and they said yes. Turned out it was $18+$20(additional!!!) Such a scam. Manicurist was nice but wouldn't go back again:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty Disappointing. Booked an appointment at 4pm and they made us wait for 40minutes when there were 2 staffs. One staff was doing a girl's nails and the other staff casually walked out to get something to eat. Did not even bother to attend to my sister and I. Treated like literal ghosts. When I asked how long more we had to wait esp since we have been waiting for 30min, she said in chinese, "not her fault, go complain to her boss". I also chose a warm brown-ish red but ended up with bright red? wrong colour and did not even bother to correct it. Very very disappointing.

Very dishonest place.
Bought the package for nails but they refused to serve.
They lied that their schedule was full but when my friend went down to check, the shop was empty.
Called down to ask if I could finish the package and they lied and said many had booked appointments and that they were very busy.
When my friend went over and asked if she could do walk-in manicure on the spot without booking any appointment, they said they would serve her in ten minutes.
This shop is only interested in earning extra cash.
I suggest that nobody ever buys the package as they will most likely not fulfill their side of the deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service are good and staff are friendly, always feel welcome during my visit. Provide good facial treatment, i use to have acne problems but condition has much improved only after a few visit. Will try their pedicure service during next visit.???
