★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Westies, this is the place to get authentic Myanmar Braised Pork Organs (Dou Tu) @ $10 per box (~ 2 servings) and deep fried Crispy Catfish @ $3 per fish.
Remember to ask for their special chilli sauce when you order their Dou Tu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just abeside the ActiveSG and opposite the 99/240 bus stop, on the ground level facing the street. Rare to find burmese food in the heartlands. I like the strong flavours but might be a bit oily for locals, though authentic burmese food is oily so I can’t fault them. Spent $8 for one fritter, one tofu salad and one serving of pork balls. Enjoyed the pork balls best (ask for the gravy!) though it would have been even nicer if it was warmed up before serving. Friendly owners who can speak English, so don’t be intimidated to try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a coconut noodle (ohn no kau shwe) (5) and tea leaf salad (lahpet thoke) (5). Affordable and tasty. Popular with the Myanmarese workers here, and crowded on Saturday too.
The new stall is located in Kim San Leng coffee shop, which is bright clean and spacious. Just take 251 from Boon Lay MRT bus interchange.
Will be back to try the other noodles and biriyani!
