So glad I made an appointment with him to resolve my son's grip issue with his ball. Voila! The issue was solved "economically" & accurately :-) . On top of that, I have found myself a Gem... Strongly recommended!!! ps. Returned to purchase & drill 2 more balls for wife & kid within 2 week. Thanks again Mr Kenneth Chua :-)
