β β β β β Chinese lady at the counter was outrageous rude. She kept repeating they she was busy when we were enquiring about the lanes. If she canβt take the stress, maybe should assign her to somewhere that has lesser crowd.

β β β β β Is not my first time here, reach before 10.15pm been chased out by a Chinese woman!!! Can't even have a chance step in to the counter talk to counter staff possible to play at least one game. Most of time there's a Indian lady very understanding will let us play at least a game because we all the way from yishun.. just want to bowl..but..Sad!!!!! Angry and dissapointed!!!!

β β β β β The aunty at the counter whom I didnt get her name is rude and has no patience on explaining. I wanted to be put on waiting list if any lanes pulled out but was told by this extremely rude aunty, i couldnβt. When on the same day last week, i could put on waiting list and the friendly staff was patient enough to explain I could wait up to about 1.5hr. I was cool with that and they even call me within an hour we got a slot. From the get-go, the aunty should have some patience and not raise voice at anyone, let alone gossip to the βregular customerβ so loudly I could hear her from the door! This bad encounter ruined the whole experience. Not even worth a star!

β β β β β Affordable bowling rates, once in awhile have promos, even though crowded and very nosiy sometimes. however, rmb to bring a cloth to wipe the bowling balls as there will be oil patterns on it, sometimes the pins take longer to be set or your games will get paused out of the blue

β β β β β It's been a fun day out for my family outing after a long absent from bowling. To my surprise the bowling shop uncle still have my record the first time I bought the ball from him in 2001which I bought from kallang bowl ( demolished ).

β β β β β This is my 2nd time here. This place is very popular so a reservation is highly recommended. Bowling places are getting rare nowadays so I am pretty happy to have one nearby my home.
I went on Monday afternoon (I made a booking the previous week.) and all 20 lanes were occupied except for the one reserved for yours truly. The house balls are the usual quality so nothing special. Encounter some issues with our lane but rectified in timely manner.
Toilets are available in the venue and there are vending machines if you need hydration.
