โ โ โ โ โ this company will loan u at highest interest % in town, wait until u miss 1 installment. go into your house and steal your car under "repo" and force u to make full settlement. Rinse and Repeat. Fraud.

โ โ โ โ โ AVOID ALL DEALINGS.
Due to Covid 19 Circuit breaker, was late for 1 week on installement.
They didnt issue notice of reposession and instructed a repo man to Disguise himself as my private condo resident.
Come into the condo (which is illegal as a breach of peace) and proceed to tow car without any courtesy of notice. Police report made.
Next thing u know they ask you to do full settlement.
So anyone taking loan from them, be prepared to be forced to prematurely pay full loan amount with illegal repossession tactics.

โ โ โ โ โ Took a loan from this company, registered my car under z10 (private hire chaffeur). Car was bought under my company name. Decided to stop using it for grab and just use it for personal use. Converted the scheme to N18 (company car). However the next day received a WhatsApp message from Wei Peng, telling me that i cannot convert it to N18 and should convert it to R10 (private hire self drive). Told him/her that i wasn't informed and i think it's not fair for me to absorb the $100 conversion fee. Was told by her "why not you inform us earlier?? If u do so, u won't waste your $100" Asked for her designation and department so i can make a formal complain, she just said "processing side" and gave me their general email. Professional? Not the slightest. Won't ever take any car loans from this company again.

โ โ โ โ โ If there is an option to put 0 stars, I would have done so. Not even worth 1 star. Bought my Honda Stream years ago. Have never defaulted on any payments although occassional late payments are made (due to my payday not fixed), but usually before the next due date. They always threatened with repo and claimed that they won't know when the repo will take effect as its all "system generated".
Late payment will incur u a late fee of $100 and on top of that a late interest rate of $0.43 per day. Plus a repo letter that cost $20.
More like an Ah Long who runs the company.

โ โ โ โ โ Been taking up my previous few car loan from Kenso Leasing. So far all staff are nice and friendly especially this lady Vanessa , very helpful and straight forward person. Just got a loan approval from them in less than 2 hour with document submitted via email. Yes I do have friends with not very with them but those are cause by late payment and so after I found out. Highly recommend .
